Retail Experience.

Diem’s flagship dispensary required our creative solution to keep the budget down while providing the same quality retail experience consistent with the brand. We kept the overall look-and-feel of the store bright and simple to compete with the predisposed notion of “marijuana dispensaries” around town.

E-Commerce Experience.

Diem’s key method in earning a significant market share was to harness the forward-thinking technology to make buying weed more convenient and not as “sketchy”. We designed and developed an industry-leading online-ordering & delivery service platform to help them grow their business exponentially.

Content Creation.

To support Diem’s exploding inventory, we created a system to create and update new items fully customized for their online platform on the fly. This allowed for a prolific growth of their inventory without compromising the quality of the content.

Marketing Effort.

Diem needed a different approach to marketing as they were entering a very saturated market. We stuck with the upbeat & quirky brand voice to disrupt the preexisting weed culture and reach a wider range of audience by keeping the look-and-feel inviting.

Product Experience.

To help Diem increase their brand equity in the marijuana industry, we created custom packaging to provide a memorable product experience for their audience. The packaging design went through painstaking iterations due to the limitations of ever-changing OLCC regulations. But we did it.


When the OLCC’s new regulation limited Diem Cannabis from selling CBD products, we took the opportunity to expand their brand equity rather than counting our loses. We simply viewed “you can’t do this” as an opportunity to find new ways to reach our audience, while keeping the core Diem brand strong but allowing the growth to happen around it.
